Recently renovated and well-maintained hotel with superfriendly personnel with excellent service so fast and immediate on my request always and reception answer the calls around the clock fast and act on spot.

I loved that I was just a short walk from the beautiful Baron's Palace and enjoyed lovely park views nearby. The staff were also helpful.

The staff at the Golden Park Hotel Cairo, Heliopolis was cute and helpful. Mr Amir at the reception was particularly polite and provided great guidance on local transportation. The room I stayed in was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The location made it easy to get an Uber or taxi within minutes, which greatly facilitated my work commitments.

No significant negatives to report.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my solo trip, particularly the peaceful atmosphere. The room was satisfactory, though it lacked a complimentary bottle of water, which would have been appreciated during the summer heat. Note, no shuttle service, but taxis are readily available. Consider trying local eateries nearby!

Budget travelers would probably find this place decent

The rooftop breakfast buffet was actually really nice. I mean, enjoying some fresh fruits and pastries in the morning while looking at the view was a bonus. They didn't charge me for the extra bed when I needed it.

But it wasn't exactly cheap, honestly.

The hotel has friendly staff and a good location near grocery stores, but the room showed signs of neglect, with outdated decor and a malfunctioning air conditioner. Despite these issues, having clean sheets and a decent mattress made it somewhat comfortable for my short stay.

The Junior Suite I stayed in was amazing! Clean and well-equipped with all essentials like tea and toiletries. Mariam helped me with my breakfast plate every morning.
